Leroy House
MSL have successfully tendered for the mechanical services installation to Leroy House in Islington, the refurbishment of an existing office building on Balls Pond Road where the existing 4 storey building is to be provided with a new 5th floor and further roof plant area.
The mechanical package of works includes a complete CAT A fit out that incorporates exposed services within centralised corridor and open plan offices and provision of new toilet and shower facilities.
Project Highlights:
– A ducted VRF system to tenant areas and meeting rooms with roof mounted condensing units.
– Mechanical ventilation supplying filtered outside air to offices, meeting rooms, and toilets via new air handling units.
– Air Source Heat Pump hot water system.
– Above ground drainage and rainwater systems.
– Complete hot and cold domestic water system.
– Building Management System (BMS)
