Our Story

MSL was formed
in 1985

By our Managing Director, Gerry Ivory as a predominately Mechanical Engineering company, specialising in Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heating.

As the company started to expand, we adapted to the growing MEP services market and added an in-house electrical team in 1995 to enable MSL to provide a full Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health solution for our valued clients.

Gerry has added a number of like-minded individuals to the team over the years to ensure that the MSL mantra of High-Quality, Compliance and Safety is maintained and never compromised.

Based in Croydon, Surrey MSL have been working from our fantastic Art-Deco offices near Croydon Airport for the last 18 years, focusing on projects in the South-East and London enabling us to provide a high degree of site management and economic
