The project involved the installation of CAT A lighting to levels 4 & 5 to match the floors fitted out by others at building handover, ready for future tenants to adapt.
Project Highlights:
– Installation of energy efficient LED lighting to 2no. 13,000sqft floor plates.
– Installation of new Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system to provide heating and cooling.
– Installation of an Intelligent lighting control system.
